Text messages are optional. When booking online, you may check an optional box on the booking form to receive appointment-related texts. The box is unchecked by default, and choosing not to check it does not affect your ability to book. We'll reach you by phone instead. If you book by phone, your stylist will ask whether you'd like text updates.
If you opt in, messages are sent on behalf of your stylist and may include:
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive one to two messages per scheduled appointment.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bookd Beauty does not charge for SMS communications.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
