By accessing or using Bookd Beauty ("Bookd," "we," "us," or "our") and its booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Bookd provides an AI-assisted booking interface that connects clients with independent hair stylists. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — scheduling appointments — and not to misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform in any way.
You must provide accurate information when booking, including your name and phone number. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your appointment.
By submitting your phone number through our booking flow, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Bookd Beauty related to your appointment. These messages may include:
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@bookdbeauty.com. Opting out will not cancel your appointment — only your SMS notifications.
We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for this purpose and is never sold or used for marketing.
Bookd facilitates appointment requests between clients and stylists. All appointment decisions — including acceptance, rescheduling, and cancellation — are made by the stylist. Bookd does not guarantee appointment availability.
Cancellation policies are set by each individual stylist. Please contact your stylist directly if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
All content on the Bookd platform — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Bookd Beauty or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any appointment request will be confirmed by a stylist.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookd Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed appointments or service dissatisfaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
